The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index is designed to capture the income and growth potential of investing within the U.S. REIT universe. The index selects equity securities of REITs exhibiting a favorable combination of factor characteristics, including quality, momentum, and value. The fund is non-diversified.
