Tadawul is the Saudi Exchange — the sole official stock exchange in Saudi Arabia and the largest by market capitalisation in the GCC. It lists more than 200 companies and operates the main board alongside the Nomu parallel market.
The flagship index is the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), a free-float-weighted benchmark of all listed firms. Trading runs Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 to 15:00 Riyadh time, with continuous order matching after a pre-open auction.
Settlement is T+2. Foreign investors access listed shares through the Qualified Foreign Investor framework, Swap Agreements, or direct access via the Depositary Participant Model operated by Edaa.
