Nomu Parallel Market
Tadawul's lighter-regulation parallel market for smaller, growth-stage Saudi companies.
Nomu is the parallel equity market operated by the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for smaller, growth-stage companies. It launched in 2017 with lighter listing and ongoing-disclosure requirements than the main board.
Eligibility is restricted to Qualified Investors only — institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and accredited retail clients who can absorb the higher liquidity and information risks that come with smaller listings.
Companies often use Nomu as a stepping stone to a main-market listing, building track record and float before graduating. The market sits inside the same Edaa settlement infrastructure as the main board.
