This fund allocates a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the securities comprising this benchmark. The index itself identifies and measures the returns of companies within the broader S&P MidCap 400 Index that demonstrate significant value attributes. These value traits are assessed using specific financial metrics: their book value relative to share price, earnings per share compared to share price, and sales revenue in relation to share price. Both the ETF and its underlying index undergo an annual rebalancing process.
