The adviser applies an option overlay strategy to the fund's equity investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in domestic and foreign securities of companies that are engaged in the fund’s investment theme of cloud and cybersecurity disruption. It is non-diversified.
