The Monongahela All Cap Value Fund strives to achieve its financial objectives by primarily investing in a diverse selection of U.S. equity instruments. These holdings largely consist of common and preferred shares, along with securities that can be converted into common stock, from companies across the entire market capitalization spectrum. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 30% of its portfolio to fixed-income securities, provided the Adviser expects their returns to be similar to those of the fund's equity investments.
