This fund's primary objective is to build a diverse portfolio of common stocks issued by companies with relatively smaller market capitalizations compared to the overall U.S. equity landscape. At least 80% of its net assets will be dedicated to shares of these smaller enterprises. For definition purposes, "smaller companies" are those whose market valuation, at the time of purchase, falls within the lowest 20% of the total U.S. equity market capitalization, excluding any firms valued at under $10 million for this specific calculation. The fund maintains the flexibility to invest in businesses from any sector or industry, and across various types of equity securities, all with the aim of achieving appreciation in value.
