A minimum of 80% of its total investable assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) is allocated to equities from at least three non-U.S. countries. The sub-adviser's approach centers on identifying well-established businesses within diverse international markets, with a particular focus on companies and markets deemed to be undervalued.
